Had a lovely meal in Bistro 18 a few weeks ago (July 08). It's on Stiklu Street, which is one of the side roads off the Town Square (not far from the fountain). The food is European, and of a very high quality. The staff were very pleasant and attentive, without being overbearing. I had a lovely lamb tagine and a gorgeous apple & toffee crumble for dessert. The menu is not huge but there is something for everyone. Our two course meal cost around L10 each, which for this standard is excellent value. Recommended!
