My girlfriend and I read the reviews about To To on the TripAdvisor site were extremely happy with the level of service and quality of the clothes we had made. I had a sport coat made and my girlfriend had jackets and dresses made that all fit perfectly. Anh listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions along the way that ensured we ended up with cothes that looked great and fit well! We would recommend Anh and To To to anyone who visits Hoi An. There are many many choices as you'll see when you walk around Hoi An but the key is finding a place that will take the time to ensure your clothes fit perfectly! Thank you Anh!

My husband and I visited ToTo tailors after looking at few around in town. We found their prices more competitive and it was located just near our hotel . They do have a family connection with the Thien Thanh hotel but they were up front about the connection and that they do not get commissions and as I said their prices were good anyway. I got a lot of soft cotton summer dresses made, some copies of some shorts I had with me, black pants and my husband got some pants made. We were very happy with the way Anh (the owner) gave us options on fabric quality to best suit our garments. Every time we had to wait in the shop or go for a fitting they get you to sit down and always bring out bottled water for you. We were very happy with the clothes we got made and have been wearing them at home and they are washing up fine. For best results allow proper time for fittings to get the best result. I would highly recommend Anh to anyone.

Travelling with my family - wife and 3 older teenage children we had a brief for a suit 2 jackets for us guys and a dress for my daughter. My wife was in Vietnam 4 years ago and had a number of clothes made at a larger well known shop. Her experience was mixed as was the rest of her tour group. We were staying at Thien Thanh Hotel in Ba Treu Street Hoi An. They recommended ToTo Tailors. The shop was bright and there was no pressure put on us by the wonderful proprieter Anh. She was friendly and calm at all times. The range of material available was more than adequate from average to high quality. We chose styles from a number of magazine pictures and all clothes made were completed to our absolute satisfaction after 3 fittings. As the quality after the first fitting was so good, my daughter ordered 3 more garments with stunning results. The prices was by no means the cheapest but were very competative and in view of the high standard of workmanship we feel we got an absolute bargain.

We went to ToTo Boutique after reading the reviews on Trip advisor. You can't beat the price and service. The lady that works there (sorry, I forget her name) even gave us a hug as we left on our last day there, as well as two packets of Oreo biscuits! I love the Burberry style trenchcoat I got made and my boyfriend's suit is perfect. The only downside is that the cotton summer dress I got made is a tad too big but that's really my fault for not asking them to take it in a bit more. Can't complain though as it only cost $25. I was quoted $70 in Adong Silk for the same simple cotton summer dress. Outstanding customer service made this a fun experience as well.

We came here by chance. ToTo was just a few doors up from our hotel. But still we thought we should check -out tailors in the old part of town. We came back to ToTo because the staff were so helpful and not at all pushy. The shop has a great range of fabric, and lots of fashion books to refer to. The staff listened to what we wanted, and made really useful suggestions about colour and style. It was no bother for them to attend to even the smallest details of finish. When the shop was busy they had comfortable chairs for us to sit on and offered bottles of chilled water. In fact the shop is quite a sanctuary of cool fans and pleasant ambience, in addition to having super tailors. A stand out feature is the personal attention we received. We had several outfits of clothing made [mens and womens] such as a mans' stylish linen suit, cool cotton womens pyjamers with smart chinese buttons and a beautiful silk blouse. We are both quite large people and ToTo found styles that worked really well for both of us . Full marks ToTo. We will send friends here. Fran and Gordon Sydney Australia April 2008
