My recent lunch at Maison Troisgros was quite simply the best meal I've had in France lately.
His cuisine is a sumptuous blend of proud french tradition mixed with japanese touches as he is a great admirer of Japan.
He strikes a perfect balance.
His wine list is superb.
The service has always been very courteous and highly efficient.
I am very much looking forward to my next visit.
