The malecon 2.000 located south east of Quito has so much to talk about it, is better if I just add the pictures this is a wonderful place surrounding by the Natural Guayas river with hundred of places to walk, shop and eat everything on a Natural environment, every single detail was taking on consideration during the building of this Majestic Board walk, design by the OXFORD University of LONDON this place is a remarkable area to dine out or just to spend a good 2 days at least to see all the two miles long area. Precioso Lugar por el Atardecer
Reviewed by A TripAdvisor Member on Feb 22, 2007Hace tiempo atras visite Guayaquil y me parecio un lugar Interesante y bello, me gustaria regresar y encontrar un Guayaquil diferente en lo material pero no en lo sentimental, Ecuatorianos disfruten de una ciudad tan bonita como lo es Guayaquil.

Hermosa ciudad y hermoso paseo, el calor se combate con puestos de agua fresca y jugos naturales cada 50 metros, y siempre acompanado por la calida bienvenida a los turistas y eso es lo que uno siempre rescata de los viajes, el como lo tratan al turista, Guayaquil y el Malecon hoy son casi uno solo y es la muestra del crecimiento y definitivo cambio que la ciudad decidio hacer.
El camino se inicia en el viejo barrio Las Penas y atraviesa, centros culturales, cine Imax, cafe tropical, juegos para ninos, centro de compras con aire acondicionado, monumentos, patio de comidas al aire libre, seguridad, limpieza, vegetacion, y las pintorescas iguanas, sin duda un hermoso paseo para caminarlo completo y tomar varias botellas de refrescante agua.
