We ate at the Manso Boutique hotel as well as staying there. The food is excellent, we both had quinoa burgers which were fantastic, we even had them again when we returned! It is an innovative meal, freshly prepared and well tasty! Enjoy!

The food is really good; specially the tuna burger, is very fresh and made with organic ingredients. Also the "patacones rellenos" are delicious, with shrimps and plantain, an excellent option.

Different, comfortable, cool, beautiful... are characteristics to define Manso... a very interesting alternative to a strong positive energy and good vibe. If you like good taste and freedom of being in a relaxed place among friends, you should visit manso hostel... And his restaurant is Manso Mix, a nice combination of exotic drinks and delicious dishes ... simple meals that combine elements of our kitchen with the best ideas for providing healthy food soft, nutritious and delicious, worthy to take ... with good music and a beautiful view of the river is a perfect place, is really a unique place in the city of Guayaquil.

MANSO MIX is the MANSO HOSTEL restaurant. They offer a variety of healthy food made with fresh organic ingredients free of chemicals and enriched with nutritious dietary complements and antioxidants. They offer seafood, vegetable and lentil hamburgers, that are super tasty!, coconut dishes, gourmet crepes, wraps, sandwiches, salads and exotic fresh fruit smoothies. They also have a nice selection of desserts sweetened with stevia instead of sugar, a very thoughtful gesture for people who can't or do not want to ingest sugar. I highly recommend MANSO MIX, it is a great option for healthy tasty fast food made with local fresh ingredients, specially for vegetarian travellers. The restaurant is located at Guayaquil's Malecon, in front of the river, a great location with a nice view from the balcony, surrounded by hospitality, good service an a serene environment...WI-FI provided :)
