High, tasteless tea at Yinhe Dynasty Le Cafe

I Have just visited Chengdu and some fantastic scenic spots in Sichuan especially JiuZaiGou, I do want to come back again to visit Huang Long and Emeishan which we had reached the peak to see only the chilly mist. The last evening before we leave Chengdu, while waiting for our guide to bring us to dine, my wife and me had visited the Le Cafe in Yinhe Dynesty Hotel for some hot dring. First we want to order Phu-er tea but then changed to Chrysanthemum tea, after 5 minutes, to our surprise, two cups of "tea" which look and taste like plain water came. I call the waitress and asked if it was plain hot water or tea, she went to the pantry and came back with a "big stainless steel jug" with a few Chrysanthemum flowers in it. We taste the "tea" again and it was so tasteless that my wife can put in a bag of 3 in 1 instant coffee to make hot coffee. I call the waitress again and asked to see the manager to emphasize my complaint, no manager came but came an "elegant porcelain pot" of tea which a little stronger taste, so we accept it as our main purpose was only some "hot drink" When we ask for the check, again, to our surprise! It was 2 x 40 Yuan++ instead of 2 x 30 Yuan (according to the menu - which already very expensive), again the waiter who presented the check insisted it was right but when I ask to bring the menu to verify he brought back the check to make correction. ( The check No. 0007229, date 2005 -10-18 18:30:11 ) We are oversea Chinese with moderate knowlege of the Chinese language and visit China for sight seeing and try our Chinese language but we are so disappointed being treated like this. Please forward this complaint to Yinhe Dynesty Hotel, I could not mail them directly because I could not find email on the bill or comment form. I wish I could write this complaint in Chinese or better if I need not complaint at all on my next visit.
