Excellent staff, service, and food! Great views and sounds of the ocean from the porch.
We went to this restaurant last March during a bad storm. Lightning hit a transformer a few blocks down and knocked out all power as we walked into the restaurant. (knocked out power on most of island!)
Even though it was in no way the restaurant's fault, they continuously apologized and offered to seat us at the candle lit bar until powered was restored. After this they proceeded to offer free wine for our party.
The lights came back on after about 45minAt the end of our delicious meal, still apologetic, they gave us an incredible dessert on the house.
They really went above and beyond the wonderful experience we had anticipated.
We try to go to the LH at least once for lunch and once for dinner everytime we visit Grand Cayman.
My mouth is watering now just thinking about it!
Not worth the money

The service was excellent. The lamb was not comparable to one of our favorite restaurants, The Wharf. It was dry and tasted frozen. I wouldn't complain if it wasn'tso expensive ($140 for 2). If you want a nice meal, I would recommend The Wharf and Edoardos- especially if you like lamb, it's excellent.
Wonderful!!!!

We had a great dinner and wnderful service. The garlic bread is awesome. I had lasagna and my husband had the lobster and shrimp pasta dish, both very good. But it is very expensive. The bread, 2 entrees and 2 glasses of wine were $120.00. But it was wonderful food!!!
Great Last Meal in Grand Cayman

We have high praise for our dinner at The Lighthouse. It was our last evening in Grand Cayman, and we enjoyed the drive there from George Town. We had a nice table overlooking the water. The garlic bread was a major hit with all of us. My son tried the lobster and is now a lobster fan, and the snapper was fresh and tasty. I devoured my lasagna, and my husband equally enjoyed his fish. Service was very good, and we were never rushed. The beignets for dessert were delicious - and enough for 4!
One of our all-time favorite restaurants

Excellent service, beautiful view, and great food. I have a seafood allergy and the staff was very accomodating and reassuring that they'd take care of us. Food was amazing -- Can't wait to return!
