Brussels bike tour offers and awesome adventure to see the sites and learn some history of Brussels. The tour leader sets a good pace, is very knowledgeable of the area and was good at making recommendations on things to see and do after the tour. Well worth the money and definitely a must do! You only need to bring a camera and money for lunch, bikes are included!
A Day In Heaven

I had a friend tell me about this tour from her stay early in the summer and she was so happy, she told me I had to go. The tour guide was informative and sweet but she spoke a little too fast. We ate some chocolate from what looked like a Soho district for candy. I was very surprised how easy the hills and street were to maneuver being slightly out of shape since my last tour. At the end of the tour the girl showed us on map where to get some really good waffles and gave us a free map (that was being charged for a corner down the road). The tour made me realize how big that city is. You will never conquer it in one visit! I would say go if you can, its discounted for students and you can meet new travelers if you go on a warm day!!!
Too simple, nothing new or extraordinary

I should have rented a bike by myself. The tour-guide didn't tought me anything new.
Rent a bike by yourself and use the money for chimays instead =)
More Historical Information Would Be An Improvement

If you are looking for an activity that allows you to quickly see the major attractions of Brussels and take a picture or two, then the bike tour would be for you. However, if you are looking for historical information about the sites you are looking at or background information about the city in general, then the bike tour really doesn't provide that. It's intention is to give a very quick and fast presentation of the city, and then you can come back to the spots and explore on your own. The major attractions of Brussels are close enough that you could walk quite comfortably to all of them, so a bike really isn't necessary, but there is something very European about riding through narrow, cobble streets that makes this tour entertaining. The guides do aim to please; however, if you are shorter and haven't ridden in awhile, finding a bike that is low enough to the ground can be challenging. They only accept 12 people per tour, so book in advance.
Able to See Everything with Tithe

I went on a few tours when in Belgium, but by far the best was the bike tour I took with Tithe and a pilot. We were able to see all the sights I wanted to plus more. And the bikes were brilliant. Really there is nothing to complain about. I would recommend asking the guide to take longer stops if you want to take pictures. Truthfully the bike tour is the best way to see the city and the guides know quite a bit about the city.
