We were lucky enough to go on the Quasimundo city tour ("Brugge by bike") in Febuary, even though the tours only begin officially from March. They intelligently responded to some internet enquiries and hosted a tour "out of season" so it is always worth asking. It was fabulous. Our guide Jos was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Brugge, and combined educating us with a great sense of humour. The tour is long enough (approx 2.5 hours) to feel like you have done some cycling, but short enough to not take over your whole day(!) and you are rewarded with a beer (included in the tour price) in one of the city's most atmospheric and historic pubs. The equipment is first class and you will see some areas of the city that would otherwise be easily missed. This is a "must do" tour for anyone who can ride a bicycle!!! Thank you Jos.
The best way to see Bruges!

The bike tour was really great! It was a great way to see the city and to learn interesting facts and history without being bored by the tour guide! The tour guide was really great, giving great tips and going out of his way to show us things we wanted to see. He even took us to the best chocolate shop in town, which was well worth it!
Loved it!

We had a wonderful time on the bike tour. It was safe, the pace was leisurely, the guide was knowledgeable and patient, and we were able to see all of historic Brugge. If you have a morning to spare, this is a can't miss! Bring a brochure from your hotel, and you'll get a discount!
Well worth getting up for!

We deliberated for some time whether to go to the tour or not, given it was raining and my partner didnt bring appropriate footwear... but we went. And I have to say it was a lovely morning that nearly went on for three hours! The rain cleared up and it's a great way to see Bruges, cycling down quiet streets and having a beer at Bruge's oldest pub. Dany was a great guide, very passionate and knowledgeable. The riding was fine for even the most unavid of cyclists and the bikes great. Thoroughly recommended.
The best part of our trip

This was the best way to see Bruges! Our tour guide was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgable and entertaining, and he took us to the attractions off the beaten path. We saw things we never would have seen otherwise. The best part was the stop at a hidden pub where he showed us the best brews around. A beer is even included in your tour price (which, by the way seems like a steal). I would absoultely do the tour again!
