Thanks to tripadvisor, we read about Cookie's as a good option for dinner in Bruges, and it did not disappoint. It truly is very easy to miss - down a tiny street that is less a street and more a narrow lane-way just between the berg and the market square. It is worth hunting for, as the staff was friendly, multi-lingual and willing to offer suggestions and help with the written all in Dutch menu. We ordered a la carte, and each tapa dish was absolutely delicious. Our entire meal, consisting of a bottle of water, a beer and a glass of wine and 5 tapas dishes was 54 euros. Great value for a great dinner. We highly recommend Cookie's!

Cookies is a really welcoming restaurant with an excellent owner, Cookie, terrific chef and amazing waitress, Stephanie. In our short stay we visited Cookie's on several occasions and loved every moment. The service and food were absolutely fantastic and we wish we could have brought Cookies back to Scotland with us!! We look forward to visiting again soon.

Cookies is a delightful tapas restaurant very near the market square in Bruges. It is not touristy, with mostly locals dining. It is also not overly expensive. For the two of us, our bill was 52.5 euro, which included five tapas courses, water, and two glasses of wine. We chose the chef's menu. First was proscuitto, second was river lobster/crawfish, followed by calamari, pork tenderloin, and finally grilled shrimp. The atmosphere is cozy. If you sit on the second floor, you can peer over the balcony to the first. The service was also outstanding. We met the chef, after she took the time to come out and talk to us. Hope this helps.

we ate here during short break to bruges after finding cookies next to De Garre. We went for the set menu which was 40 euros per couple and consisted of 5 tapas plus fresh bread. the service was very good and the food fantastic - particularly the prawns with wasabi/soy sauce! would recommend to all!
