AMAZING. Hands down my favorite place in Aix. Consistently outstanding food (try the Fiochetti or the Truffle pasta) and the always charming Fabian make every meal there a delightful experience!

From the ambience to the cuisine, pierre and I rate this a five star experience. We had some of the appetizers which we highly recommend you do not pass on. The entrees are beautifully presented and taste better than they look. I had the borsetti which were wonderful and Pierre had the signature pasta cosy dish. Dessert was perfect too. The owner is charming and friendly too. We will be back for sure.

If you are looking for a charming, fun, and welcoming place for dinner in Aix, look no further than Pasta Cosy. Decor: Charming and quaint are the perfect words to describe this restaurant. With a chandelier made out of silverware and lights made out of cheese graters you recognize immediately that this restaurant is unique. About 10 tables upstairs and an equal number downstairs in their cave you truly get that down to home feeling. Owner: Probably what truly made our evening was Faiben, the owner and host who (along with his wife the chef) make for a truly fun evening. Fluent in English, Fabien gave us the impression that he is doing what he loves to do. He cracked jokes all night and seemed upset every time he had to leave a discussion with a customer to go handle a problem somewhere else. We probably chatted with him for 15 minutes at the end of the evening about everything! He was truly remarkable and memorable and made sure everything was just perfect. Food: Fabulous. Unique. and something you will never find anywhere else. The pasta dishes not only taste good (get the Pasta Cosy special) but they are beautifully presented. From the different tastes of the Tapas at the beginning to the unique desserts at the end...it was all just magnificent. You will not be dissapointed.
