The Morton's Steakhouse inside the Caribe Hilton is what you normally expect of a Morton's Steakhouse: low lighting, impeccable service and really big steaks. From the minute we walked in, the staff took really good care of us. There was always somebody around, in case we needed something and it wasn't overly annoying either.
The food was great. My fiance got the Ribeye and I actually had the Chicken Christopher. Definitely order sides for the table, because they are large. Same goes with their salads. Our waiter was nice enough to remind us of that, which is good, otherwise we really would have been stuffed.
